Thank You Cleaner Day 2022

Every year, all cleaners are honoured with a unique day called "Thank Your Cleaner Day." Tatry Group would like to take this occasion to express gratitude to those who maintain workplaces and public buildings in clean, safe, and hygienic conditions.

We believe it's extremely important to ensure our cleaning teams understand that we could not be where we are today without them!

They play a vital role in our business, conducting all of our cleaning services for an array of clients across the southeast of England. Their outstanding service delivery means our operations teams receive fantastic feedback from clients on a regular basis, and with our cleaning teams' help, we have a very high client retention rate.

Why is it so important to thank your cleaners?

Cleaners are treasured members of society and go unnoticed as they often carry out their duties when most have gone home for the day. Our cleaning teams ensure all of our client's employees return to a safe, hygienic, clean environment daily.

Psychologists have also noted that positive affirmation and thanking staff pays a role in their well-being and happiness at work! Employees that are acknowledged at work are loyal and are often willing to go above and beyond for your organisation.

Tatry Group Cleaning Teams

At Tatry Group, we take great pride in our expert, well-trained cleaning teams. Each member of our frontline team works extremely hard to ensure our clients receive the best possible service day in and day out.

Throughout the pandemic, our cleaning teams were the unsung heroes for many businesses. Working additional hours on a regular basis and conducting deep cleans to ensure many organisations had a safe and hygienic workplace.

With excellent cleaning staff, our clients can guarantee a high standard of integrity, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Once again, we would like to say a massive Thank You to all of our teams!
