We always strive to pay a fair wage to our team, research proves that this achieves:
- Enhanced quality of service
- 25% less absenteeism than competitors
- Positive team recruitment and retention, attracting professional and more experienced staff
- A team open to change and adopting a positive tailored approach to your organisation
- Increased awareness of your organisation’s commitment to be an ethical employer
Do you supply services all year round?
Yes, we can supply around the clock cleaning and security 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also give our clients a dedicated number which they can call at any time during the day or night.
How will our service be managed?
Every service company says they visit each of their contracts frequently, however, very few do. Not only do we have logged visits at our agreed frequency but our staff are required to submit weekly in-depth and site specific reports in addition to keeping in touch with us daily. These reports are designed to collect data which can be turned into intelligence for the benefit of your organisation.
You say ‘expertise with integrity’ but don’t all service companies say this?
Yes, unfortunately most do. Why unfortunately? Well, there are thousands of cleaning and security companies out there claiming to be experts, who are managed by people with no 'real' experience or qualifications - they say this to take your business. They may even offer a security or cleaning survey by unqualified individuals to highlight areas where you should give them more business.
Specifically with security, a lot of companies are selling 'highly trained and professional security guards', when they are paying minimum wage and their only training was the legal requirement of a couple of days.
However, much like Tatry Group, there are some cleaning and security companies out there who do offer expertise and professional staff; unfortunately, they are in the minority.
As a commitment to professional standards, we have no problem recommending a larger reputable company to you. Why? Simply because we care about the industry and service excellence.

How are your rates competitive when you pay higher wages?
Put simply, we are not greedy. We passionately believe in a fair deal for all. Our profits are not higher if our client chooses to pay the living wage for their service, as we believe this would be morally wrong. The difference in the charge rate is always passed on to our employees. We afford this by keeping our overheads low and correctly managing our finances.
How does your pricing compare with other companies?
The service industry is super competitive. While this means that there will almost certainly be a company prepared to charge less than us, most dprofessional companies charge similar prices. An unusually low price should sound a warning. Best value means that you don’t have to spend time managing a service you thought you’d paid to have managed for you.
How long will I need to sign a contract for?
Most of our contracts are for a 12 month period and, assuming everyone is happy, they roll on from there. We’re also confident enough to allow you to cancel within your 12 month contract period if you’re not happy with our service.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices are typically sent out monthly. Most of our customers like to receive one consolidated invoice each month.
am I OVerpaying for cleaning?
In this economic climate, we have looked closely at our charge rates as well as tightening the geographical area that our managers oversee, therefore reducing our overheads resulting in very competitive rates.
Proactive innovations we promote to further reduce cleaning costs include ;- centralised office waste bin systems, a complete review of your consumables and washroom products, efficient stock control and a fresh innovative approach to your periodic deep cleaning and window cleaning.

In accordance with TUPE Transfer of Undertakings (protection of employment) Regulations 1981, the existing staff whether employed directly or through a third party transfer under their existing terms and conditions of employment. We will consult with the transferring staff to ensure the handover is seamless with minimal client input.
All staff will be re-trained, supported and evaluated prior to any assessment being made of whether they are suitable to carry out the position efficiently and effectively. There are many instances where staff have been let down by factors such as: lack of management support, ineffective cleaning materials, poor training and miscommunication. Our management style combats this. It is also possible to change the terms and conditions of contract given the applicable notice, which may include a change of hours worked, the timing of the service provided and methods of operation.

Supplies
Who will order supplies when we're running low?
This depends on how you would like to do it. Most of our clients have us monitor supplies and order new stock when they are running low. At the end of each month, we then provide a report of everything that was ordered and either bill this separately or add it to the monthly invoice.
Isn't it cheaper for us to order supplies directly?
There will be instances where you can buy a particular product more cheaply but because we buy in bulk, we're usually able to offer better prices. Added to which, part of our service is the convenience we offer in managing everything for you so that you can focus on other things. Small savings, therefore, can turn out to be a false economy when you factor in your own time.
How will you make sure we don't run out of cleaning MATERIALS?
Our management fully controls what cleaning materials and consumables are required on site and our suppliers deliver items, more often than not, the next day therefore no site will run out of cleaning materials or consumables.
Our management team monitors ordering and controls stock levels - in addition - we also hold stock at our offices ready to be distributed quickly and efficiently.
