Made By Dyslexia

Tatry Group is a very proud to have signed the Made By Dyslexia Pledge to empower dyslexics within the cleaning and security industries with dyslexia.
The Made By Dyslexia Pledge helps companies, educators and governments demonstrate they value dyslexic thinking and are taking positive steps to support it.
History has proven that dyslexic minds can bring tremendous gifts to the world in the form of innovators, artists and leaders, if dyslexics feel empowered and learn to see dyslexia differently. However, only 3% of the public believe dyslexia is a positive trait and dyslexics are often mistakenly labelled as having a learning disability.
Tatry Group’s Founder & Managing Director, Jonathan Sisk said, "I am personally delighted Tatry Group has signed the Made By Dyslexia Pledge as a dyslexic myself and someone who considers dyslexia to be one of my biggest strengths.”
The Made By Dyslexia Pledge will see Tatry Group offer a endeavour to:
Recognise dyslexia as a different and valuable way of thinking
Understand the importance of recognising each dyslexic and their pattern of strengths and challenges.
Support dyslexics to harness their strengths and flourish.
We will archive this through:
Knowledge skilling up our people to recognise, understand and support dyslexia.
Discover Using digital screeners will make it easy and cost effective to check if you’re dyslexic.
Adjustments in tests and assignments so dyslexics can demonstrate their full knowledge and skills.
Made By Dyslexia is a global charity led by successful dyslexics. Their mission is to help the world properly understand, value and support dyslexia. EY’s groundbreaking “Value Of Dyslexia” report highlights how important dyslexic thinking is for the future, and that educators and employers should be better equipped to enable dyslexics to flourish.
