Tatry Group was born from the frustrations of the industry. This stemmed from an industry lacking of professionalism and employee well-being, with no regard to the consequences. Cleaners were paid minimum wage and overworked with little or no training, zero management support and zero and career paths. We will change that. We are being the change we seek.
